Two double chocolate cookies filled with Blue Bunny® Round Slice Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream and pistachio crème, rolled in buttery toasted kadayif (shredded phyllo dough).

  • 1 Blue Bunny Round Slice
  • 2 Tbsp Kadayif (toasted)

Instructions

  1. Cover the bottom of both cookies with pistachio crème. (1.5 Tbsp each)
  2. Top the first cookie with a Round Slice of ice cream.
  3. Place the second cookie on top.
  4. Roll through toasted kadayif.
  5. Transfer to the freezer for service.
