Huckleberry Muffin Top Shake
Huckleberry ice cream shake mixed with crumbled blueberry muffin pieces and topped with whipped cream and a mini blueberry muffin.
- 3 - #12 scoop Blue Bunny® Huckleberry Ice Cream
- 4 fl. oz. milk, whole
- 1 each blueberry muffin (bottom), crumbled
- ½ cup whipped cream
- 1 each blueberry muffin (top), whole
- 1 Tbsp blueberry dessert topping, prepared
- Add huckleberry ice cream, milk, and blueberry muffin bottom to 30 oz. stainless steel malt cup.
- Blend with a spindle until smooth.
- Pour into serving glass.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with blueberry muffin top and blueberry dessert topping.
