Chocolate Volcano Sundae Single Serve

Molten lava cake served with chocolate ice cream, chocolate whipped cream and smothered with hot fudge sauce. Topped with a triple chocolate mini cone then garnished with strawberry sauce “lava” and mini chocolate chips.

  • 1 each Chocolate Lava Cake
  • 4 12# Blue Bunny® Chocolate Ice Cream Scoops
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Whipped Cream
  • 1 each Blue Bunny® Chocolate Mini Swirls®
  • 2 fl oz Hot Fudge Sauce
  • 1 fl oz Strawberry Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Miniature Chocolate Chips


  1. Place lava cake on serving plate.
  2. Add ice cream scoops on and around the lava cake.
  3. Garnish with chocolate whipped cream.
  4. Cut 1” of the tip off of a Chocolate Mini Swirls® cone; place upside down on top of the ice cream.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate and strawberry sauces. Finish with miniature chocolate chips.


• Garnish with a lit sparkler for extra pizzazz. • Pre-scoop ice cream and freeze for a firm set, so ice cream will take longer to melt.
