  • 1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
  • 3 fl oz milk, whole
  • 3 - #12 scoop Blue Bunny® Cinnamon Ice Cream
  • ¼ cup gingersnap cookies, crumbled
  • ¾ cup whipped cream, prepared
  • 1 Tbsp caramel sauce, prepared
  • 1 each gingersnap cookies, whole

Instructions

  1. Add instant espresso powder and milk to a 30 oz. stainless steel malt cup, whisk to combine.
  2. Add cinnamon ice cream and crumbled gingersnaps.
  3. Mix with spindle until well blended.
  4. Pour into serving glass and garnish with whipped cream, caramel sauce, and gingersnap cookies.
