Vanilla ice cream topped with warm churro pieces, caramel sauce, whipped cream, fresh fruit and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
- 1 Blue Bunny® Vanilla Bean Scoops®
- 1 churro, prepared, cut to pieces ¾” in length
- 1 Tbsp caramel sauce
- ¼ cup whipped topping
- 1 Tbsp diced, fresh strawberries
- 1 Tbsp diced, fresh mango
- ½ tsp cinnamon sugar
- Place churro pieces in bottom of serving vessel.
- Top with vanilla scoop.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Top with whipped topping.
- Sprinkle with strawberries and mangoes.
- Finish with cinnamon sugar.
- If using aerosol whipped topping, finish with whipped cream so it does not collapse under the strawberry/mangoes.
- If sundae is going to be eaten immediately, warm churros before adding to serving vessel.
