Churro Sundae

Vanilla ice cream topped with warm churro pieces, caramel sauce, whipped cream, fresh fruit and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.


  • 1 Blue Bunny® Vanilla Bean Scoops®
  • 1 churro, prepared, cut to pieces ¾” in length
  • 1 Tbsp caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup whipped topping
  • 1 Tbsp diced, fresh strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp diced, fresh mango
  • ½ tsp cinnamon sugar
Order Product


  1. Place churro pieces in bottom of serving vessel.
  2. Top with vanilla scoop.
  3. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  4. Top with whipped topping.
  5. Sprinkle with strawberries and mangoes.
  6. Finish with cinnamon sugar.

Chef's Notes

  1. If using aerosol whipped topping, finish with whipped cream so it does not collapse under the strawberry/mangoes.
  2. If sundae is going to be eaten immediately, warm churros before adding to serving vessel.
