Cold Brew Donut Shake
Coffee ice cream blended with fudge, cake donut pieces and house-made cold brew coffee. Served in a fudge and sprinkle rimmed glass, topped with whipped cream, sprinkles and a cake donut piece.
Ingredients
- Prepared fudge and sprinkle rimmed glass
- 3 Tbsp fudge
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cake donut
- 1/4 cup cold brew coffee
- 3 #12 Scoops Blue Bunny® Coffee ice cream
- 1/2 cup whipped cream topping
- 1/4 cake donut, for garnish
- 1 tsp sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
- Warm 1/2 cake donut in microwave for 15 seconds.
- Place coffee ice cream, fudge, milk, cold brew, warm cake donut and milk into blender; blend until smooth.
- Pour into fudge and sprinkle rimmed glass.
- Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, and 1/4 cake donut.
