La Bomb Pop Street Bowl
“Fire and Ice” come to life with this mash up of Original Bomb Pops® and authentic Mexican flavors. The pops are topped with a bit of sweet, salt and heat thanks to chili powder, sea salt and strawberry chamoy, a fruity hot sauce. The result is both refreshing and unexpected! Plating can be completed tableside to create a more interactive guest experience.
- 2 Original Bomb Pops® (3.75 oz)
- 2 tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt flakes
- 2 Tbsp strawberry chamoy sauce (1 part chamoy sauce + 1/2 part strawberry sauce)
- Lay 2 Bomb Pops side by side in a dish then sprinkle with chili powder and sea salt.
- Serve plated Bomb Pops®, finish by drizzling strawberry chamoy sauce tableside.
