- 3 scoops Blue Bunny® Quick Blend® Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 oz milk
- ½ tsp matcha powder
- ⅓ cup + 5 tsp chopped Andes mints
- Whipped cream
- Blend together Blue Bunny® Quick Blend® Vanilla Ice Cream, milk, matcha powder and ⅓ cup chopped mints until smooth.
- Pour into a 16-oz serving glass; top with whipped cream and remaining chopped mints.
