- 1 scoop Blue Bunny® Vanilla Premium Ice Cream
- 1 chocolate brownie
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp candied orange peel
- ¼ tsp sea salt flakes
- Place brownie on serving plate and top with scoop of Blue Bunny® Vanilla Premium Ice Cream.
- Lightly drizzle extra virgin olive oil all over ice cream and brownie.
- Finish with pieces of candied orange peel and flaky sea salt, then serve.
