Siracha, Peanut & Chocolate Sundae
The “hot and spicy” trend is all over menus and Blue Bunny® is heating things up with this fiery combination. For a hot treat to light up your menu, use spicy sriracha, salted caramel sauce, peanuts and dark chocolate as sundae toppings over rich and creamy Blue Bunny® Vanilla Premium Ice Cream.
- 2 scoops Blue Bunny® Vanilla Premium Ice Cream
- 1 Tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
- 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 Tbsp salted caramel sauce
- Whipped cream
- Maraschino cherry
- Scoop Blue Bunny® Vanilla Premium Ice Cream into serving dish; sprinkle crushed peanuts and chocolate chips on top.
- Add drizzles of sriracha and salted caramel and top with whipped cream and a cherry.
