S’mores Ice Cream Sandwich Kit
A family-style dessert kit of vanilla ice cream, toasted marshmallows, crunchy graham crackers, and hot fudge sauce.

- 3 #8 scoops Blue Bunny® Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 oz Chocolate Sauce
- 3 Marshmallows, jumbo
- 6 Graham Crackers, ½ sheets
1 S’mores Ice Cream Sandwich
- 1 #8 scoop Blue Bunny® Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
To Go Kit
- Portion 3 - #8 scoops into a 16-ounce double walled soup containers, cover with a lid.
- In an oven-safe disposable pan place 3 halves of graham cracker. Top each with 1 jumbo marshmallow and place remaining half of graham cracker on top.
- Portion chocolate sauce in mini squeeze bottle or portion cup with a lid.
To reheat and build at home:
- Pre-heat broiler to high. Remove top graham cracker and place pan under broiler for 3 minutes and marshmallows are puffy and toasted.
